Are MONA deodorants made with aluminum?

No. MONA deodorants are always aluminum-free. We use natural odor-neutralizing ingredients such as zinc oxide and magnesium oxide instead of aluminum compounds.

 

Do you offer a natural deodorant without baking soda?

Yes. MONA underarm, kids, and whole-body deodorants are baking soda-free, making them a great option for sensitive skin.

 

Are all MONA products gluten free?

Yes! MONA product are made without gluten ingredients. 

 

Is there a detox period when switching to natural deodorant?

Everyone’s body is different when switching to a natural deodorant. While some people notice an adjustment period, MONA deodorant does not contain harsh chemicals like aluminum, which can clog pores and disrupt the body’s natural process.

 

What is the difference between MONA deodorant sticks and jars?

It comes down to personal preference:

  • Jars: Ideal if you prefer manual application. Scoop out a pea-sized amount and massage it into the skin where odor occurs.

  • Sticks: A more traditional, mess-free application. Simply swipe under the arms.

Both formats effectively neutralize odor and help keep you feeling fresh all day.

 

What does “natural fragrance” mean?

We do not use synthetic fragrances in our deodorants. Our natural fragrances are made from plant-based essential oils and botanical extracts.

 

Does MONA Brands offer travel-size products?

Yes! We offer mini versions of our adult underarm, whole-body, and kids deodorants, as well as a travel-size nail and cuticle oil pen.

 

How should I store MONA products?

Our products should not be exposed to temperatures above 100°F, as they may soften or melt.

  • If melting occurs, place the product in a cool, dry area and it will re-solidify.

  • Avoid direct sunlight or leaving products in a hot mailbox.

No. MONA products are not drugs or medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

 

Are MONA products safe for pets?

Our products are safe to use in a pet-friendly home, but they are not intended for direct use on pets. Please use only as directed.

 

Are MONA products safe during pregnancy or nursing?

Most MONA products are made with plant-based, naturally derived ingredients and contain no harsh chemicals. However, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant or nursing.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. Military and Diplomatic addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). At this time, we do not ship to U.S. territories or internationally.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination. We occasionally offer shipping promotions. Free shipping is available for U.S. orders only, with certain restrictions.

 

When will my order ship?

All MONA products are handcrafted in the United States. Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days, though please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order leaves our facility

  • We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays

What is your return policy?
